The Pieces Don't Fit Anymore

ever feel like being alone
exclude yourself from reality
let the wind floats you
and perhaps to never halt at any reason
let the zephyr kiss your skin
with arms wide open
portraying of somewhat flying pose
where in truth, we can never be
just you and the wind, forgetting exigencies
the same moment gravity was excused
and perhaps detours, to help enact inane
not that the idea of flying itself isn't frivolous enough
but seeming how it started absurd
might as well get carried away

or

maybe disappear to an island
long stretch of blue ocean
only now gravity conquers
rest your body, wrap by the soft sand
immerse the sparkling stars
gaze above all night, and fall asleep

please wind, fly me
vanish to the impossible
maybe then life is pretty, just maybe
